Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy is implemented to prevent no shows, and to minimise lost time where another booking may be arranged.

If you wish to cancel your appointment I advise that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. where we can easily reschedule, and you will not be charged.

Any no shows or cancellations on the same day of the appointment will incur a full charge of the treatment value.
Any cancellations the day before (within 24 hours of the appointment start time) will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.
Any future appointments will not be arranged until the fee has been paid.

I understand that last minute things can happen, however I may use my own discretion where necessary e.g if you are a regular client with a valid reason who doesn't usually cancel. I like to help where I can, but when there are numerous no shows it affects financial implications of the business.

Lateness policy
​​​​If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. ​
If you are late (under 15 mins), you can still attend, however your session time will end at the normal time, and you you will be charged for the set treatment price. ​
If you are over 15 mins late, the session will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full treatment value, as this is classed as a no show.

Also, please avoid arriving more than 5 mins early. If you are earlier, please drop me a message, and await for my reply.
