DEEP TISSUE

Full list of treatments

We are best known for our Deep Tissue Massages for a reason. Treatments are in-depth covering most of the different muscle groups, which are often missed out!

If your body is feeling very stiff, and full of adhesions (lumps of tender muscle), then this type of massage is for you.

This style primarily focuses on deep pressure to allow deep application to target layers of muscles. This helps to relieve chronic dull aches & pains. It is also beneficial for regular maintenance to prevent muscles from tightening up again.

You will feel like a new person after this! Instantly feeling less tension. Say goodbye to that niggly achy feeling which you couldn't previously shift.

Add cupping or warm bamboo to any of our Deep Tissue Massages for an additional £5
